When our clients came to us, they were ready for a fresh start—a full gut-renovation that would transform their house into a clean, contemporary home for their growing family of four (yes, that includes two busy little ones!). The vision? A modern space that felt open, livable, and totally tailored to how they actually use their home day-to-day.We brought in a contemporary design language—think clean lines, smart storage, and a refined palette—while layering in warmth, softness, and plenty of kid-friendly function. We started with a blank slate and a big-picture plan by reviewing their existing detailed floor plans. We provided the client with detailed elevations and full 3D renders to help them visualize exactly how their home could function and flow. And because we speak construction, we were able to advocate on-site, troubleshoot in real time, and make sure our design plans stayed intact from demo day to final install.
